This is becoming an annual tradition and I love it! I hope we can continue for many years. Meanwhile, just enjoying it one year at at time.
Back to the same Hacienda we went to last year, look at the pool, look at the mountains!
This really is built Hacienda style. There are seven separate rooms, they all open to this courtyard, but not to each other. I think the owner rents them individually as well. For us, it is perfect! There is one large kitchen, but not great space to eat – then a larger area with a small kitchen for eating.
The adult table and the kids table, I know, Aytan escaped these pictures. Yes, we ate very well, pasta one night, Latkes and salmon the next, Pizza and then hamburgers.
I was the mixologist. Alcohol for the adults, something different every night. For the kids, Savta Special. Cranberry juice, Grenadine, a maraschino cherry, all topped off with soda water. They demanded it every night.
There is also a wonderful fire pit. If the weather were warmer, we’d have lunch out at this long table. We did use the BBQ for hamburgers and hotdogs. And yes, people played table tennis.
Around the fire pit, all of us drawing. Cam is becoming quite the artist, I got him some drawing books for Hanukkah, Shira is already and expert. I got her some as well – how to draw anime.
Two cuties, the blond and the red.
Shira with her favorite uncle. btw, he had a different Hanukkah shirt for every day.
A stop in downtown Palm Springs, had to get our angel wings.
They even had kid size wings. Westley is too big for these and little two small for the larger wings.
