Kitty Kat

I love small three dimensional handmade objects. Sometimes called pin cushions, but really, you don’t always want to stick sharp things into them. Luckily there are so many cute patterns out there. I found this one Kitty kat for free.    A good friend recently lost a cat, yes, an old cat, but loss is loss.

Got to work with some wool felt I had recently bought, I got to work cutting, sewing and stuffing.  Wool felt is wonderful, it is sturdy but has much more give than the polyester felt so is easier to turn.Sewing the cat together along with a little pillow to sit on.I guess the pillow could be used as the pin cushion and the cat can be left alone. This friend is a knitter, so I doubt she’ll stick anything in this.Side viewCute face.  I really enjoy that other people design these cute things and that they share their creativity.Ordered personalized labels, and had to put one one before I hand over the gift.Yeah, kitty went to a good home
