You can tell the upscale neighborhoods very quickly, lovely public garden spaces as well as public art. The area of Emek Refaim is a great example. The old train tracks are now a lovely green walkway and bike path. Since I was here last year they have added mosaics along the way as well.
There are now 12 plaques honoring the tribes Starting with Reuven who symbol on his standard was the mandrake flower.
